Meeting Date::Sept 8, 2025, Anglican Parish Hall. After a wonderful dinner prepared by the ACW, David B started the meeting by thanking the ladies in the kitchen.
Correspondence: Thank you cards for awards/bursaries given at the RDHS 2025 graduation in June from Meredith Anderson, Will Marshall, Skylar Rutledge, Cole Duffy, Beven Holdaway and the staff and students of the school.

a) Reinout: Financial report:
- Reinout gave us an update of where we stand in all of our accounts

- b) David B: Membership Drive Update
- The Directors’ discussed variable pricing: Both meal and meeting or just meeting
- M/C David K/Paul: That we try this for one year and revisit at the end of the year. CARRIED
- Henny is the chair of membership in C-K
- The Directors’ discussed holding an Open House, where Rotary is explained, what we do within the community and putting forward a major community project
- President David will reach out to the schools and U of G campus

f) Paul: Books for the Ridgetwn schools
- Paul has visited all the schools and the town library to inform them of the process
- They order the books, totaling $300 including taxes and give us the invoice which treasurer Reinout pays

President David closed the meeting at approximately 7:50.
The next meeting is on: Monday, Sept. 22 at the Anglican Parish Hall with speaker Jane Baldwin-Marvell, who as one of just 68 swimmers from across North America chosen to take part in a 661-kilometre relay that symbolically completed the final voyage of the Edmund Fitzgerald on the 50th anniversary of its sinking. Guests are welcome.
