- Every car entering the west gate will get a ticket for one of the 2 door prizes
- Ron B is going to various businesses to obtain items for the 2 door prizes; some will be donated by businesses while some may be purchased with an overall value of $300.00 (donated and purchased). If anyone else can get additional gifts, that would be welcomed and give them to Ron B
- There will be 2 port-a-johns, with a sink for each, with the municipality looking after getting them (Jan Clark with C-K)
