Meeting Date:    2022-03-21, at the Anglican Hall.
President Jeff opened the meeting at 6:30 pm. After the national anthem, grace, and dinner, plus thanking the ACW for the dinner, Jeff started the meeting.

6. Update on Rotary’s contribution to Children's Easter Egg Hunt. We will require volunteers to replace Dave & Judy. Insurance was requested for both inside and outside the Scout Hut. This year’s Rotary Egg Hunt will be Saturday, April 16th at 9:00 am followed by Kiwanis Egg Hunt. Some of the prizes were purchased. Not all.  The dollar does not go as far! The discussion was held on new totes for storing the hunt items as the current cases are no longer a viable option.  Jeff has purchased one 50 gallon tote and Brian two others. All three were purchased for approx. $24.00
7. Update on Rotary Car Show on July 10th.  Watson Grove Park Booked. Insurance obtained. Music booked.  Old Auto Ad took ads submitted and paid for. KHAC has circulated our poster amongst its members. Kees checking on Highgate group to provide onsite fast food. He has a meeting tomorrow evening and may be able to raise the question at that time.
8. Update on District Conference. Kees and Henny are registered. Jeff will do so.
9. Update on Joint District Ukraine response by all levels: Int’l, District, CK-District and Club levels.  President Jeff indicated that ADG Ken’s last correspondence to him was that further direction would follow.  It was clear from the discussion that not all individuals have been clearly informed in a succinct or timely manner.
10. Update on the Rotary Bench. Have switched companies. We will have it before June. The previous template designer can no longer supply them.
11. Kees also announced a cheque received for Scrap Metal in the amount of $1320.
12. Birthdays and Anniversaries – As noted above Hugh McVitte (93) will be celebrating both!!!!!
13. Funny Time.- Warren’s Fill-in.😎 No funny time.
14. Kees will attempt to confirm a Guest Speaker on the night of the 4th to update the Club on CK Hospice.
15. Final call for items of interest particularly those for the Good of Rotary.
