Meeting Date: June 23, 2025 at the Anglican Parish Hall. After the usual wonderful meal prepared by the ACW, Ron started this meeting by thanking the ladies in the kitchen.

1 Outgoing President address Ron Bolohan
- The work done by our members was fantastic
- Thanks to everyone
- All of our projects was wonderful
- We do need new members
- He thanked Beatrice for the great work she has done in Mbusyani, Kenya
- He thanks the scrap metal group, which is a mainstay of the club
- Comradery and friendship among the members of the club is great and keeps members returning to each meeting
- He thanked the women from the ACW of the Anglican Parish Church
- Ron also thanked this year’s leaders for their 2 month sessions
- He thanked everyone for fulfilling this year and looks forward to everyone working together in the coming year

- Paul Brown is the Secretary for 2025-26
d. Incoming President inducts Sergeant-at-Arms
- David Klatt is the Sergeant-at-Arms for 2025-26
e. Incoming President inducts Directors
- Judy Wigcherink and David Klatt will be 1st year Directors
- Henny and Ben VH should be inducted at the first possible opportunity
- A picture of the 2025-26 executive to be taken at the earliest possible opportunity
The Incoming President continued with the meetng and any business that requires attention
Committees:
1. David B: High School Graduation
- David B will be presenting the Ridgetown Rotary Awards on June 26th
2. Bob: Car Show
- On July 13th
- Cleanup of the Watson Grove will take place at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 12th
- A small ad is in this week’s Independent, with a 4 page display in the July 2nd Independent
- David B has added a QR code on the dash plaques that each person entering the car show will be asked to fill out
- Past president will send out information regarding the cleanup of Watson Grove in preparation for the car show
3. 150th Anniversary Parade
- There was discussion as to whether the club will have a float in the parade, but it didn’t appear that it would happen
- David B will investigate if we can get a trailer for our float, as well as a truck to pull it
Newly elected President gave us business cards with his vital statistics on them to make it easy to contact him.
Happy Bucks and 50-50
Paul put in a Toonie for he and Ange’s great trip to the Bahamas for their granddaughter’s wedding and Judy won the 50-50
