Program: Leader Henny Boeters introduced the speaker Louis Roesch
Note: Because of the air conditioning in the room we were in, hearing Louis was very hard, so my notes below are very short and somewhat disjointed
Louis started in the business in 1995, with his father and his brother, when he worked as a summer student
He has been working here for 61 years
Louis and Clara married in 1996, and they have 7 daughters and one son
Their son and his wife work full time in the business, but none of the daughters do
He is always willing to help other farmers
During COVID, they did not shut down
They always do things the way they should be done
Louis spoke about questioning inspectors when they came to their farm and meat business, but I missed most of what he said
